Person Centred Care

This course explores what Person Centred Care really means in everyday practice. It’s designed for support workers, care assistants, and anyone working in health or social care in Scotland. You’ll learn how to recognise good person centred practice, build strong relationships, promote choice and dignity, and work in line with Scotland’s Health and Social Care Standards.
